Sponsorship

Community Cares Gala – Our annual gala that rotates through themes on a year to year basis. The event takes place in either May or June, depending on location of the event, and we start sponsorship allocation and packages in January of each year.

Gathering for Gratitude – Our yearly donor recognition event that takes place in September. This event is to thank all donors and volunteers from the past fiscal year and to present our annual Impact Report.

Physician Reception – In November we host a reception for all the physicians of the area. This event is held in conjunction with Medical Affairs who hand out their yearly physician awards.

Walk to Remember – Every October, this event is held at Police Point Park for Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day. A small BBQ is provided, and families walk at their leisure amongst the path that has been adorned with memory signs.

Rattlers Kids Christmas Party– In December we work with the Rattlers to host a family friendly event. The Health Foundation provides food and beverages for the event, while the Rattlers provide the entertainment.

Spread the Wealth for Better Health – Our bi-weekly 50/50 draw.

Driving Donations for Local Healthcare – Our yearly vehicle raffle.

Seconds Save Lives – Our 2024 major capital campaign for ICU.

Impact Report – Our annual report to the community that presents our accomplishments from the past fiscal year to our donors in both printed and web versions.

Heartbeat of the Hat – An annual community update that is distributed to every household in our community that outlines the ongoings of our local hospital and healthcare systems.

Newspaper Program – Every day the Health Foundation provides the Medicine Hat Newspaper to every patient in the hospital. Each paper is stickered individually with a ‘provided by’ sticker that has the MHHF logo and that of the sponsor.
